Everything you need to know to bid smart and win more.
1. Search the product
Explore categories or search for your product model. Browse the list to find what you need.
Our bidding process includes two rounds per week to facilitate regular and consistent procurement activities, and it will be conducted every :
Monday 12 PM - Tuesday 12 PM
Wednesday 12 PM - Thursday 12 PM
2. Place your bid
Remember, a higher bid increases your chances of winning the auction.
3. Watch the countdown
Place a higher bid before time runs out to stay in the lead. Timeframe of the bid placed on top of every list of the bid and will counting down until the round ends.
4. Monitor your bids
Check your ongoing bids on 'My Bidding' page to stay updated.
5. Complete payment
When you won the bid or choose "Buy Now" to secure the item, please complete your purchase immediately. We provide payment methods using :
PayNow, Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit Card.
6. Collect the products
After you complete the payment, we’ll notify you through email when your items are ready for collection.
You can then pick up your order at Carousell Campus - Block 79 Ayer Rajaah Cresent #03-01.
7. Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchases, please send us the documentation as a proof that the product condition is different from the description. Refund request must be done within 5 days from the date of handover the products. Please send the proof of documentation (could be pictures or videos) to :

Won
Here you'll find all the items you've won. Make sure to pay immediately to avoid account being locked.
Ongoing
This section lists all the items you're currently bidding on, including those you need to re-bid on because someone else placed a higher bid price.
Outbid
These are the items where someone outbid you. Place a higher bid to stay competitive and increase your chances of winning.
Lost
This section shows the items you didn't win.
Unfortunately, if you win the bid but someone else buys the item at a higher price, you'll lose your chance to get it.
We understand you've invested time and effort to win the item. However, if someone uses the Buy Now option, they secure the item at a higher price immediately.
For a guaranteed win and to save time, consider using the Buy Now option.
1. Order review
Your payment and order will be reviewed to ensure everything is in order.
2. Packing
After your purchase is confirmed, we’ll start preparing your order.
3. Collect
We'll notify you when your items are ready for pick-up.
4. Complete
Collect your item and enjoy your purchase!
Bid n Run will cost you an account lock. Make sure to complete payment immediately.
Bid n Run is when you win the bid but don’t complete the payment. If you win the bid, pay immediately. Not only to prevent another bidder from taking it. Remember, failing to pay three times will result in an account lock, blocking you from accessing the app and bidding.
Don't worry, your access isn't blocked forever.
